The program acts as a trail guide for an infinite number of trips throughout the Sierras. Included within the program are maps, overviews, topographicals, and photos for Sequoia-Kings Canyon and Yosemite National Parks, John Muir, Ansel Adams, Emigrant, Hoover, Carson-Iceberg, Mokelumne, and Desolation Wildernesses, and their surrounding national forests. There are more than 200 pre-defined trips. And over 2700 color photographs.

Want to hike the John Muir Trail? Select the trailhead, and follow along as the program selects the appropriate topo then walks you along the trail. The whole time the screen is flashing color photographs of scenery along the trail, providing trail notes, and displaying elevation and distance information. To enhance the mood, the program is also playing background music. There is even a print function that provides printed trip statistics and maps. This program is fantastic!
